Is recovery always possible?
No. Success depends on the data still available (seed fragments, encrypted files, exchange records), the strength of the protection used, and how quickly the issue is reported. We provide an honest feasibility assessment before any paid work begins.
Do you ever ask for my full seed phrase or private keys?
We never request complete seed phrases or private keys in the initial contact or form. In later technical stages, any sensitive material is handled under controlled conditions and only as strictly necessary for the recovery method being used. Recovered assets are always returned to an address or account you control.
How do I submit a case?
Use the recovery form on the homepage or message our WhatsApp Business number (+1 585 759 2760). Include your name, contact email, service type, and a brief description—without pasting full secrets.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on case complexity and are discussed only after the initial assessment. We do not charge upfront “unlock” or “verification” fees in cryptocurrency. Any commercial terms are agreed in writing before work proceeds.
How long does recovery take?
Simple cases (e.g., guidance on restoring from a known seed) can be resolved in days. Complex forensic or institutional coordination cases may take several weeks. You receive timeline estimates during assessment.
Are you a custody service?
No. Sleutheon does not hold client funds. We assist with recovery and return control to you.
What if someone contacts me claiming to be from Sleutheon?
Verify through our official channels only: helpdesk@sleutheon.org or the WhatsApp number published on this site. We will never ask you to send cryptocurrency to “release” recovered funds.
Which assets and platforms do you support?
Major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum and common tokens), popular software and hardware wallets, and mainstream centralized exchanges. Niche or highly privacy-focused assets may have limited recovery options.
Do you help with investment scams and crypto scams?
Yes. In addition to wallet and exchange recovery, we assist with investment scam recovery (fake trading platforms, unlicensed brokers, romance-to-investment schemes) and crypto scam recovery (phishing, rug pulls, pig-butchering, fraudulent projects). Success depends on the facts of each case; we assess feasibility before engagement.
