Hardware Wallet Recovery

Recovery support for Ledger, Trezor, KeepKey and other hardware devices when access is lost or the device is damaged.

Why Hardware Wallets Need Recovery Help

Hardware wallets keep private keys offline, which is excellent for security—but physical damage, forgotten PINs, lost recovery sheets, or failed firmware updates can lock owners out of their funds. Because the keys never leave the secure element under normal operation, recovery almost always depends on the BIP39 seed phrase (or equivalent) that was written down at setup.

Scenarios We Assist With

Recovery Paths

When the full seed is available: We guide secure restoration onto a new or verified device, including passphrase handling and address verification before any transfer.

When the seed is partial: We apply checksum-aware reconstruction techniques, known word lists, and positional constraints to recover viable candidates, then verify against known addresses or balances.

When the device still functions but PIN is lost: Limited attempts remain on most devices. We help plan the safest approach and, where the seed exists, prioritize seed-based recovery over risking device wipe.

Supported Brands

Ledger (Nano S, Nano S Plus, Nano X), Trezor (Model One, Model T, Safe), KeepKey, and other BIP39-compatible hardware wallets. Success is highest when original recovery materials or partial notes still exist.
