Scope of Service
Password recovery focuses on encrypted wallet files, password-protected private keys, exchange login credentials (where platform policies allow assistance), and encrypted backup archives. We do not attempt to bypass modern multi-factor authentication without proper authorization and platform cooperation.
Typical Cases
- Forgotten password on Bitcoin Core, Electrum, or similar desktop wallets
- Encrypted JSON keystore files (Ethereum and compatible chains)
- Password-protected PDF or text backups of seed phrases
- Exchange account password reset complications after long inactivity
- Legacy wallets with weak or partially remembered passphrases
Methodology
Recovery is performed under controlled conditions. Where feasible, analysis is done offline to minimize exposure. Techniques may include:
- Dictionary attacks using client-supplied word lists and personal context
- Mask attacks based on known patterns (length, character classes, prefixes/suffixes)
- Rule-based mutations of remembered fragments
- Coordination with exchange support for legitimate account recovery flows
What We Need From You
- Any remembered fragments of the password
- Approximate length and character types used
- Personal context that may have influenced the password (years, names, patterns)
- The encrypted file or wallet software version when possible
Limits & Ethics
Strong, randomly generated passwords with high entropy may be computationally infeasible to recover. We will state this clearly during assessment. We never request that you disable security features in a way that exposes funds to third parties, and we do not store recovered credentials after handover.
